Advanced HIMS Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) Recurrent Training Course

Please read the current accreditation statement from the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) before proceeding. This statement supersedes any accreditation statement contained within the training application.

The Civil Aerospace Medical Institute is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit.

This Enduring Material activity, Advanced HIMS AME Recurrent Training Course, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 1.00 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Advanced HIMS AME Recurrent Training requires that you create an account using a valid email address and your AME number. If your five-digit AME number contains leading zeros (i.e. 00999), please include the leading zeros when registering. Do not include any dashes or numbers following your five-digit AME number.

I understand the Advanced HIMS AME Recurrent Training Course is to be used exclusively by active Aviation Medical Examiners (AMEs), who have been designated by FAA's Federal Air Surgeon. Advanced HIMS AME Recurrent Training requires the use of my valid FAA AME serial number.
