We will always take actions that challenge, assist, and support our customers to create an FAA environment where all are able to contribute meaningfully to the mission.
Washington Headquarters
In our efforts to remedy the effects of past discrimination, FAA will affirmatively engage in employment efforts to increase representation of underrepresented minorities, women, and people with disabilities. We will similarly engage in affirmative efforts with regard to federally assisted programs and other activities. All our affirmative efforts will be in strict accordance with law. Every management official must provide leadership and support for agency programs, through ensuring that all programs, practices, and activities are administered in accordance with pertinent laws and agency policy.
