North American Routes Data Form

Overview

The North American Routes Data Form, FAA Form 7900-12, is used to submit North American Route (NAR) data to the Aeronautical Data Team.

This form is intended for use only by FAA Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC) personnel.
To access this form, you must have an Aeronautical Information Portal account that has been verified with a U.S. Government email address.
