The draft FAA Order 5100-38E is intended to supersede the existing Order 5100.38D, Change 1, which was released on February 26, 2019. This new draft incorporates important changes arising from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Reauthorization Acts of 2018 and 2024, reflecting significant legal and policy updates.
