The National Runway Safety Plan (NRSP) aligns the strategic priorities of FAA's Runway Safety Group with established Safety Risk Management principles. The NRSP describes how FAA, airport operators, and aviation industry stakeholders collaborate and use data-driven, risk-based decision making to enhance the safety performance in the runway environment and the NAS.
