Visitor Information on COVID-19 Precautions

We strongly recommend making an appointment with the FSDO before coming to the office.

In accordance with CDC Community Transmission Levels, if Transmission Levels are high (Red), the building might close and you will not be permitted entry. In that event, our office would need to know you were coming to inform you of the change and assist you virtually. Lower transmission levels may still require that you wear a mask upon entry to the office.

Please call or email the office to make an appointment — see Office Hours/Contact the Office information on this page.

To report an accident or incident outside of our normal business hours of 7:30 A.M–4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, including holidays, please call the Regional Operations Center at 1-817-222-5006.
