The FAA provides a special streamlined application process for obtaining FAA Letters of Authorization that facilitate international operations. Part 91 operators making use of prequalified aircraft, training, and manuals may experience a reduction in application processing times.
Eligibility for Streamlined Processing
| Only certain LOA are available in a streamlined application. Click here for a list of LOAs that can be requested in a streamlined LOA application. A single application may be used to request multiple LOAs. | |

The aircraft manufacturer of the operator’s aircraft must have an Aircraft Statement of Capability (ASOC) accepted by the Flight Technologies and Procedures Division. Click here for a list of participating OEMs. |

The operator’s training provider must have a Training Statement of Compliance (TSOC) accepted by the FAA. Click here for a list of participating training providers. |
