Streamlined Part 91 Operational Approvals include Part 91 Letters of Authorization (LOAs) that are requested using an Aircraft Statement of Capability (ASOC), Training Statement of Compliance (TSOC), and/or a Procedures Statement of Compliance (PSOC). This specialized documentation facilitates the verification of aircraft capability, training compliance and operating procedures and may significantly reduce LOA processing time.
