| SOA Suitability Checklist v. 6 (MS Excel) | A list of criteria used by SWIM governance to quantify the level of suitability of a program for a SOA-based solution. The checklist consists of a questionnaire with assigned weights, which produces results ranging from "Not Applicable (N/A)" to "High Values" in a SOA-based solution.
