  • Oxygen required when flying above 7,999 feet.

  • Not valid for pilot in command.
  • Not valid for night flying or by color signal control.
  • Not valid for night flying.

  • Valid for 21 months following the month examined.
  • Valid for 24 months following the month examined.
  • Not valid for carrying passengers or cargo for compensation,
  • except if serving as pilot of fully qualified 2-pilot crew.
  • Not valid for any class after (enter the expiration date in the field to the right)
  • Not valid outside the borders of the United States.
