Designee Management System (DMS) - News
The Designee Registration System (DRS) will be decommissioned on December 9th, 2025, to be replaced by the Designee Management System (DMS). The DMS team is working with the DRS admin, the designee seminar teams, Blackboard admins, and Pay.gov to ensure the transition from the DRS to DMS is as smooth as possible for all users. On June 26, 2025, applicants, designees, and unit members will transition from DRS to DMS for registration and training (this includes the ODA administrators). Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs) and Engineering Unit Members will continue to use DRS until September 30, 2025, and transition into DMS the next training cycle. FAQs are provided below.
