DMS to use Login.gov starting August 4
DMS will migrate from MyAccess to Login.gov on August 4, 2025. Communications with instructions have been provided to external users through the DMS message center and via email. The below links will take you to various pages on the Login.gov help site. Do not contact DMS about issues relating to the registration for Login.gov. DMS will not be able to assist you other than directing users to Login.gov. The Login.gov call center number is (844) 875-6446. The call center operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL DMS USERS: There are additional steps to take to properly verify your identity which are not included in the previous two links. If you’re an international user, please follow these steps:

- Designee Registration System (DRS) is sunsetting:
- The Designee Registration System (DRS) will be decommissioned on December 9th, 2025, and replaced by new training registration functionality within Designee Management System (DMS). The DMS team is working with the DRS admin, the designee seminar teams, Blackboard admins, and Pay.gov to ensure the transition from the DRS to DMS is as smooth as possible for all users.
- On June 26, 2025, applicants, designees, and unit members will transition from DRS to DMS for registration and training (this includes the ODA administrators). NOTE: Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs) and Engineering Unit Members will continue to use DRS until September 30, 2025, and transition into DMS the next training cycle.
