Welcome to the Systems Engineering and Technical Innovative Solutions (SETIS) contracts website. The SETIS contracts provide support services for a broad range of research, service analysis, strategic planning, systems engineering, technical, financial, and programmatic, and other aviation related mission objectives that have enabled the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS) modernization efforts, Mission Support, and other aviation related mission objectives. Our current portfolio includes eleven prime vendors with over two hundred subcontractor teammates. Our Program Office provides customers with timely, full life-cycle, task order administration support with no administrative fees. This allows our customers to focus on their technical goals and ensuring the full amount of their funding goes to completing the work required. The SETIS contract portfolio replaced both the SE2020 and SE2025 contracts.  SETIS provides enhanced capabilities to support the FAA's top initiatives and research programs and enables the FAA to further consolidate contract vehicles, leverage resources, and streamline contract administration operations.
