Alyce Hood-Fleming is currently the Vice President for Mission Support Services.
Mrs. Hood-Fleming recently served as the Vice President for System Operations Services. She has also served in a broad range of key positions, including: Deputy Vice President of System Operations Services; Deputy Director of Air Traffic Services, Eastern Service Area North; Terminal Assistant District Manager, Capital District in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area; Deputy Director for System Operations Services East-North; Air Traffic Manager at Atlanta Airport Traffic Control Tower and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Traffic Control Tower; Executive Technical Representative for the Technical Labor Group; and National Operations Manager.
Alyce has a remarkable background in people and project management and a professional style based on excellent inter-personal communication and the ability to make the best use of the talent and experience in her professional network. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Hampton University in Airway Science with a concentration in Airport Management. Alyce was recognized in the 2010 edition of the Strathmore Who’s Who of Outstanding Professionals and by the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees Northeast region in 2014 and the Bessie Coleman Legacy, Inc. in 2018.
In the past, Alyce has held the following positions in both the public and private sector, including: Board of Directors for Variations Publishing Company, Vice President of Marketing for Personalities Magazine, Washington Center Facility Representative for Professional Women Controllers (PWC) and regional Vice President of the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE).
Alyce is a native of Atlanta, GA, a second-generation aviator and a career public servant.
