Arctic ATM Contingency Plan FirstEdition
The Air Traffic Management (ATM) Operational Contingency Plan contains details of
the arrangements in place to ensure the continued safety of air navigation in the event of
partial or total disruption of Air Traffic Services (ATS) within the Arctic area. This document is
produced in accordance with the requirement of the International Civil Aviation Organization
(ICAO) Annex 11 – Air Traffic Services, Chapter 2, paragraph 2.29.
