Informal Pacific ATC Coordinating Group (IPACG)
IPACG provides an opportunity for air traffic service (ATS) providers and airspace operators to informally meet and explore solutions to near-term ATC problems that limit capacity or efficiency in the Anchorage, Fukuoka and Oakland Oceanic Flight Information Regions (FIRs). IPACG is jointly sponsored by the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) and the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The JCAB and FAA-only IPACG/39 Providers Meeting was held on 3 and 7 February 2014. the Twenty-sixth FANS Interoperability Team (FIT/26) Meeting was held on 4 February; and the IPACG/39 Plenary Meeting was held 5-6 February. This meeting celebrated the 25th anniversary of IPACG.
