2015-2019 NPIAS Report
The Secretary of Transportation transmitted the 2015-2019 National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) to Congress on September 30, 2014. The AIP-eligible development needs identified in this report were compiled in 2013 with selected updates through early 2014. The 5-year development totals shown in Appendix A was used for calculation of FY 2015 and FY 2016 nonprimary entitlements.
